As a retired Registered Nurse, I've taken the plunge into a different arena, and I've taken my "scribbles in notebooks" to publication. My manuscript is currently before my "beta reader" and I anticipate publishing my first book in late August. It follows my zig zag path from Johns Island, SC to professional nursing.
